SDCEP is developing a guide to support dental practices prepare to re-open and start seeing patients.  To help ensure that the guide addresses the topics of importance to dental teams we would be grateful if you could complete a short survey. 

The survey can be accessed here and should take no more than 15 minutes of your time.  The survey will be open until 12 midday Monday, 18 May 2020.
