Safety Climate Survey – Deadline 31st March
You must REGISTER NOW to make sure your team have enough time to complete the Safety Climate Survey before it closes on Tuesday 31 March 2020.
How do I find my practice location code?
You will need your dental practice location code to register. This is your General Dental Services (GDS) practice or Public Dental Services (PDS) site number. To find this visit ISD Scotland National Reference files, scroll to the bottom of the webpage to ‘other’ and open ‘dentprac’.
To find your practice code quickly within the document, press ‘Ctrl’ and ‘F’ simultaneously to bring up the search bar on the page. From there you can search for your practice by entering your practice name or address details.
Want to know whether you can merge or split practice sites?
If practices are within the same NHS board, it’s possible to merge location codes together and complete one survey. We are not able to combine practices if they cross NHS boards.
You can request additional sub-codes but please request any new codes before you register. As soon as the sub-codes are set up, we will notify you and then each team can be registered separately.
What Quality Improvement (QI) activity can a dentist claim?
Please note that five hours of QI activity per dentist is the maximum available, even if a dentist works across practices and participates in more than one survey.
