Reminder to submit GP234 and Erratum to SDR 137
Summary
The Memorandum to this letter reminds dentists and dental bodies corporate (DBsC) of the need to submit a form GP234 by 28 February in order to continue to receive reimbursement of practice rental costs. It also advises on an error contained in Amendment No 137 to the Statement of Dental Remuneration, which was issued on 22 January 2018
