The Scottish Dental Clinical Effectiveness Programme (SDCEP) published implementation advice regarding Antibiotic Prophylaxis Against Infective Endocarditis in August 2018.

To help explore the usefulness and impact of this advice, we are inviting you to take part in a survey which explores dentists’ current practice, attitudes and beliefs regarding dental management of patients at risk of Infective Endocarditis.

If you would like to participate please  click here

The survey should  take no more than 15 minutes to complete and closes on the 22nd May 2019.

If you work in more than one clinical area or health board, please answer in respect to the area in which you spend most of your time.  Your answers will be anonymous and the results will help inform the development of additional support to implement the SDCEP advice, if this is required.
