Combined Practice Inspection (CPI) – 2017 revision

Following consultation all revisions to the CPI Checklist have been agreed by the Practice Inspection Working Group and approved by the Chief Dental Officer’s Quality Improvement Strategy (QIS) Group.

The revised checklist  will used for all inspections taking place after the 1st January 2017.
