Advanced Cadaveric Vertical Augmentation Techniques for Dental Implants

This course aims to develop the participants’ operative skills in advanced hard tissue augmentation techniques for dental implant placement. The emphasis of the course will be hands on cadaveric surgery with close observational mentoring.

This two day fresh/frozen cadaveric material course programme will include:

  • Dental implant placement
  • Lateral window technique for sinus elevation
  • Vertical ridge augmentation with titanium reinforced membrane

The course is ideally suitable for specialty trainees, specialist practitioners and practitioners with a special interest in graft and implant surgery

By the end of the course the participant will have had the opportunity:

  • To practice implant placement
  • To improve their knowledge of vertical ridge augmentation procedures
  • To practice vertical augmentation with a reinforced membrane technique
  • To practice the lateral window sinus augmentation technique
